Overview

A fat-burning, strength building and circuit training program. No matter what your age or fitness level, we have designed the best workout program for people of all shapes, sizes and abilities.

We Push You Harder: Most people rarely push themselves as hard as an exercise professional will. We certainly will not do anything to cause you physical injury, but we will push you to work harder than you would on your own. This helps you build stronger muscles faster and accelerate your fitness goals.

 

Quicker Results: We use many different physical activities such as Band Training, Dumbbells, Calisthenics, Plyometrics, Cardio Drills and Resistance Training. This combination of exercises will boost results much quicker than typical exercises and workout classes.

 

Built in Support Group: **every BODY offers a non-intimidating atmosphere ** Forming friendships provide you with instant "accountability partners" who will keep you motivated and disciplined.

 

Integrity: All of our programs are taught by certified/experienced trainers.

 

It is FUN: There are no "cookie cutter" workouts. Each workout session is different so you don't get bored! Our instructors incorporate the most progressive, innovative and creative exercises in the fitness industry in order to provide an efficient fat blasting workout.

Each day you will have an exciting, fat blasting, hardcore workout. With each session there is always something different. We do circuit training, which knocks your metabolism into overdrive! In our circuit training, we lift free weights and concentrate on stomach and waist reduction. We incorporate partner workouts, upper and lower body drills, plyometrics, resistant band training and so much more!

People of all shapes, sizes and ages join our classes. Generally people between the ages of 18 - 65 sign up for a variety of reasons – to improve their health, improve fitness levels, lose weight, or simply to look better in their clothes again.

What Should I Expect?

Most people feel some soreness for the 1st week. After a week or so, it is slight to moderate. The more you keep moving, the easier it should become. The muscle soreness and pain you experience after your first few workouts is a positive sign. It means that your muscles have responded to the increased demands of your new workouts and are breaking down in order to rebuild stronger.

Class size is generally between 10 – 25 per class.

Comfortable workout clothing and running shoes. Please dresses appropriately for the weather.

Signing up is easy. Simply arrive to class 5-7 mins ahead before class begins.

There are no memberships for Pay As You Go classes.

There is no formal cancellation process, however, we wouldn't want to see you go.
